All utilities are included- heat, electricity, water, wifi, trash removal, lawn maintenance, and plowing. The clean, quiet, furnished building offers shared bathrooms (a full and a half bathroom per three residents), common house space including three comfortable living rooms, a large dining room, and kitchen with modern appliances. There is a deck, washer/drier, parking, and quiet outdoor space. It is a short drive to Camden- fifteen minutes. Belfast and Rockland are twenty five minutes away.
All residents are vetted carefully; our lease plan is based on the state of Maine's Tenant at Will agreement.

An application process is required, including a review of a past employment resume, personal and employment references, and a face to face interview. No smoking is allowed on the property. No pets are allowed.
Rent is $900 a month. A three month minimum commitment is preferred, but negotiable.
