VIDA was just one of dozens of mixed use Luxury Condo Developments going up in the Kaka’ako neighborhood of Honolulu, Hawai’i. Developed in a joint venture with San Diego based The MacNaughton Group and local Kobayashi Group, this luxury offering was approved by the Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA). VIDA would have been 38 stories and offered 265 residential 2 and 3 bedroom condo units, fee simple and commercial units at street level. The Vida condo development was one of two projects that the dynamic duo of Kobayashi and MacNaughton Groups planned developing along Ala Moana Blvd. in Kaka’ako in 2018.
The building was never constructed, but the booklet makes for an incredible collector item, a must have for those interested the progress of Honolulu Ward Center of Kaka'ako. The 12" x 12" booklet has 34 pages of images and designs. Also included are 9 sheets the floor plans of the different levels. Also included, is the 12 page booklet of the Residential and Lifestyle Details.
