Tattoo Apprenticeship Opportunity
We are seeking highly motivated, creative, and dependable individuals who are serious about building a professional career in tattooing.
Train directly with an experienced tattoo artist with more than 20 years in the industry. This apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on education in the fundamentals of tattooing, professional shop standards, client communication, design development, safety practices, and the business side of building a tattoo career.
Successful tattoo artists can build strong, high-income careers; however, income depends on skill, consistency, reputation, clientele, location, and personal effort. This program is for applicants prepared to put in the time, discipline, and work required to develop professionally.
What the apprenticeship includes
• Training and mentorship from a tattoo professional with 20+ years of experience
• Instruction in tattoo design, drawing, stencil preparation, machine setup, and basic technique
• Education on bloodborne pathogens, sanitation, cross-contamination prevention, and professional shop procedures
• Guidance on client consultations, aftercare, portfolio building, pricing, scheduling, and customer service
• Support in preparing for applicable tattoo licensing requirements and required coursework
• Opportunities to develop a personal artistic identity and professional portfolio
• A program structure based on workload, progress, commitment, and individual development
• Minimal upfront expenses compared with traditional schooling or vocational programs
Licensing eligibility, course requirements, fees, and approval are subject to all applicable local and state regulations. Completion of the apprenticeship does not replace any legal requirements set by the licensing authority.

Shop responsibilities
Apprentices should expect to assist with daily studio operations as part of learning professional standards. Tasks may include:
• Cleaning and sanitizing approved work and common areas
• Organizing supplies, stations, inventory, and reference materials
• Preparing the shop for appointments and closing procedures
• Assisting with content creation, promotions, client outreach, and social-media marketing
• Supporting events, promotions, and other shop activities when needed
• Completing drawing assignments, practice exercises, and other training work
These responsibilities are part of learning how a successful tattoo studio operates. Apprentices will be expected to approach them with professionalism and consistency.
