Seeking a mature, responsible and respectable roommate to share my 2 bedroom/1 bath home in quiet Pauoa.
Bedroom is unfurnished but an air mattress and a dresser and a fan. very responsible person. long-term only Share bathroom and kitchen, common areas are furnished - living room, kitchen, bathroom & washer/dryer on site. Utilities split electric - electricity, internet & cable. Must be courteous and keep areas neat and clean.
Convenient location within walking distance to bus line, stores and restaurants. Must love fur babies be able to play and love them. cigarette smoker?. (outside only).
