Seeking a mature, responsible and respectable roommate to share my 2 bedroom/1 bath home in quiet Pauoa.
Bedroom is unfurnished but common areas are furnished - living room, kitchen, bathroom & washer/dryer on site. Utilities split electric, electricity, internet & cable. Must be courteous and keep areas neat and clean.
Convenient location within walking distance to bus line, stores and restaurants. Must love fur babies be able to play with them, and cigarette smoker (outside only). Monthly rent is $900, due the 1st of each month, someone who love nature, someone who also is down to earth no karma allowed
