Position Overview
The Reservations Concierge Host serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering an elevated and personalized reservation experience. This position is responsible for managing incoming reservations, anticipating guest needs, building guest relationships, and converting inquiries into confirmed dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reservation Management
Answer incoming phone calls and reservation inquiries.
Manage reservations and seating requests.
Confirm, modify, and reconfirm reservations.
Monitor dining room availability and maximize seating opportunities.
Manage special seating requests and VIP arrangements.
2. Guest Relationship Building
Welcome returning guests and recognize repeat clientele.
Identify birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, and special occasions.
Maintain guest preferences and important dining notes.
Personally follow up with guests to encourage future reservations.
Create personalized experiences for VIPs and hotel concierge referrals.
3. Reservation Sales
Convert telephone inquiries into confirmed reservations.
Promote private dining rooms and special events.
Encourage guests to experience signature menu items and special offerings.
Build relationships with hotels, travel agents, and local businesses.
4. Guest Experience
Communicate dietary restrictions and allergies to management.
Ensure guest expectations are communicated to the service team.
Handle reservation concerns professionally.
Provide an exceptional first and last impression.

Experience:
