What You’ll Do as a Apprentice/Trainee
• Work Side-by-Side with Pros: Assist experienced Journeyman Plumbers on residential and commercial jobs across Oahu.
• Master the Fundamentals: Learn pipe assembly, drain clearing, water heater installations, blueprint reading, and advanced diagnostic tools.
• Stage & Prepare: Help stage parts, prepare job sites, load service vehicles, and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Develop Customer Skills: Learn how to communicate professionally with homeowners and property managers on site.

Who We’re Looking For
• Reliability: Punctual, honest, and ready to show up every day eager to work.
• Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required).
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs, work in varied conditions (basements, crawlspaces, outdoors), and handle physical labor.
• Mindset: Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a desire to build a long-term career in the trades.
• Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard drug screening and background check.
