Patient Care Concierge — Luxury Hospitality Meets Healthcare
Regenerative Medicine & Rehabilitation of Hawai‘i | Honolulu, HI
$25+/hour, depending on experience | Part-time, approximately 15–20 hours/week initially
Are you a hospitality professional who loves taking exceptional care of people—but would welcome a more predictable daytime schedule?
We're a physician-led regenerative medicine specialty clinic in Honolulu looking for an exceptional individual to help create a patient experience that feels more like a luxury concierge service than a traditional medical office.
Our patients are active, accomplished individuals seeking personalized, nonsurgical treatment options to help them return to the activities they love.
We're looking for someone who combines genuine warmth, professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently guide people through important decisions.
What you'll do:
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression.
- Answer inquiries and help prospective patients understand our consultation process.
- Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and patient communications.
- Build relationships with prospective patients and follow up thoughtfully.
- Help patients navigate treatment scheduling, payment logistics, and next steps after meeting with the physician.
- Maintain an organized, responsive, high-touch patient experience.
### Who we're looking for
You may be a great fit if you've worked in:
- Luxury hotels, resorts, or concierge services
- Treatment Coordinators in orthodontic or cosmetic dental practices
- Fine dining, guest relations, or hospitality management
- Premium retail, membership services, or consultative sales
- Other customer-facing roles where relationships, professionalism, and attention to detail matter
**Healthcare experience is welcome, but not required.**
What matters most is your ability to make people feel welcomed, understood, and confident.
We're especially interested in someone who is personable, organized, proactive, comfortable with technology, and naturally skilled at following through.
