Hannah’s Ohana Daycare – Honolulu, HI
Hannah’s Ohana Daycare is looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic new team member to join our ohana! We are a play-based home daycare with an upbeat environment and a strong focus on individualized care.
You would be working alongside myself and another assistant to help care for a group of six children, ages 1–3, while maintaining our 1:3 adult-to-child ratio.
Position Details:
- Start date: 1st or 2nd week of October 2026
- Part-time hours, Monday–Friday
- Hours approximately 9am–1pm/2pm (~20 hrs/week, hours may vary slightly)
- Pay: $20/hour
- Consistent weekly availability required
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and engaging with toddlers throughout the day
- Assisting with meals, diapering, naps, outdoor play, and activities
- Supporting daily routines and transitions
- Helping maintain a clean and organized daycare environment
Ideal Fit:
Looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children, is dependable, patient, positive, and works well as part of a team. Childcare experience preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus. Background checking, fingerprinting, and DHS security clearances will be required prior to employment.
