AquaSource Hawaii is expanding on Oʻahu and hiring up to 25 entry-level Customer Service / Sales Representatives.
No previous water-treatment experience is required. We provide training on our products, customer presentation, professional water testing and sales process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home appointments
• Use a professional flipbook to explain local water concerns and our products
• Perform a few quick, professional water tests
• Recommend the appropriate whole-home water-filtration system
• Explain available payment and financing options
• Follow up with customers and the office
• No plumbing or installation work is required
Representatives complete the full customer presentation, water testing, product recommendation and sales process.
Starting commission is 18%, with the opportunity to advance to 20%–25% based on performance and production.
90-DAY MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM
Qualified representatives may be considered for our management-development program. Participants learn field leadership, recruiting, training, team development and daily business operations while producing in the field.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• At least 18 years old
• Professional appearance and communication
• Positive attitude and dependable transportation
• Comfortable meeting and speaking with homeowners
• Willing to learn and follow a proven presentation
• Able to travel locally throughout Oʻahu
• Sales or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary. Earnings depend on completed sales, performance and the applicable written commission plan.
Selected applicants will complete an initial phone interview. Qualified candidates will be invited to an in-person second interview Thursday afternoon, followed by product and sales training on Friday.
