ALOHA
PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST AND RESPOND BY TELLING ME ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Are you tired of working for somebody while you do all the work and they make all the money?
Well let's grab lunch and talk story to see if we are a good fit.
I am preferably seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent / Property Manager Partner – Split Roles, Shared Growth.
I'm looking to connect with a licensed real estate agent/property manager who enjoys the behind-the-scenes, administrative side of real estate and would be interested in building a partnership/team
The goal is to create a team where we can each focus on our strengths and work together to manage our properties and grow the business efficiently.
How the Partnership Would Work
I'm looking for someone who prefers the office and coordination side of real estate, while I focus on the in-person, hands-on responsibilities. Not saying we would not help each other in each role, but we would both have our main focus.
Your Main Role – Office & Administrative Operations:
Drafting and preparing leases, rental agreements, and other necessary paperwork. Writing and submitting real estate offers, Coordinating with tenants, owners, agents, and other parties, Managing paperwork, documentation, and transaction timelines, Handling scheduling, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks, Assisting with property management operations and keeping everything organized.
Work from home no more driving around in this terrible traffic, waiting around for prospective tenants that don't show, or dealing with vendors.
My Main Role – Fieldwork & In-Person Operations:
Conducting property showings and meeting prospective tenants and owners. Meeting with vendors, contractors, and maintenance professionals. Visiting properties and overseeing on-site work. Coordinating repairs, inspections, and property-related issues in person. Handling other hands-on responsibilities that require someone physically present.
Who I'm Looking For:
Ideally, you're someone who:
Has at least 1-2 yearS full time experience in property management and transaction coordination. Enjoys organization, paperwork, communication, and administrative workIs detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive. Prefers working behind the scenes rather than constantly driving to properties or conducting showings. Is interested in a collaborative working relationship rather than simply taking on another traditional job. Wants to build something long-term with someone whose strengths complement their own
The Opportunity
I'm interested in finding the right person to develop a mutually beneficial partnership/team. Rather than having one person handle every aspect of the business, we can divide responsibilities based on our individual strengths and create a more efficient operation.
I'm open to discussing the structure of the partnership, compensation, and how we can best work together depending on experience and qualifications.
If you're a real estate agent or property manager who enjoys the administrative side of the business and thinks this could be a good fit, please respond with a little information about yourself, your experience, qualifications, and what you're looking for.
I'm looking forward to connecting and partnering with the right person and will respond Asap.
