We are seeking an exceptional luxury home Installation Manager who takes pride in leading with integrity, delivering flawless execution, and creating an outstanding experience for every client.
Job Type: Full-time (direct hire)
Starting Pay: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
About the role:
This is more than a project management role. It is an opportunity to lead the final, most important stage of transforming a design vision into reality; you will ensure that every installation is completed with precision, professionalism, and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
What You’ll Do:
• Own installation plans, field staffing, site readiness checks, installation sequencing, on-site supervision, and quality inspections.
• Maintain accurate field records, progress reporting, and a documented installation closeout for Project Delivery.
• Review released drawings, manufacturer instructions, site measurements, mounting conditions, and access constraints before installation begins.
• Confirm site readiness, required trades, equipment, manpower, staging, building rules, and installation sequence with the PM and GC.
• Direct installers and subcontractors; set daily priorities, coordinate trades, and track progress.
• Coordinate phased installations across rooms, units, floors, and active construction or occupied properties.
• Inspect alignment, leveling, reveals, hardware, finishes, mounting, and manufacturer tolerances throughout installation.
• Photograph and log damages, shortages, defects, field conflicts, and corrective actions; distinguish root causes and assign follow-up through the appropriate owner.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in installation leadership for cabinetry, architectural millwork, kitchens, closets, luxury interiors, or comparable residential/contract work.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, elevations, shop drawings, specifications, and manufacturer instructions; proficiency with metric and imperial measurements.
• Strong field measurement, construction sequencing, trade coordination, subcontractor supervision, and issue-documentation skills.
