We are currently seeking a Janitor/ Maintenance Groundskeeper to work for a large condominium complex in Makiki. Ideal candidate is reliable, dependable, hardworking, takes initiative and a team player.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday; Day Shift 8:00am to 4:30pm
Payrate: $23 per hour
Job Description:
The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for tenants, guests and businesses in the building. Clean public areas which include sweeping and mopping floors. Heavier areas may include the use of a floor scrubber. Empty trash in all areas and take to main receptacles. Wiping building glass doors and mirrors. Restock all disposables in bathroom and main areas (soap, paper towels, liners, toilet paper).
Physical Requirements:
Job duties require lots of walking, standing, lifting, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling carts. Must be able to lift 25lbs.
Minimum Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-At least 1 year of experience in Maintenance/ Janitorial
-Excellent Customer Service Skills
-Excellent Communication Skills (English)
Worksite Comment:
Makiki Area on the bus route

** $200 Referral Bonus (w/ 80hrs worked) **
** Every 1,560hrs worked you will receive 40hrs BONUS pay **
