We are seeking a professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for residents, clients, vendors, and visitors while providing administrative support for property management and office operations.
This position is ideal for an organized individual who enjoys helping others, maintaining accurate records, and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist residents, clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct multiple phone lines, take messages, and provide general information
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail accurately and timely
• Process outgoing mail and maintain organized mail records
• Receive and process payments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Scan, copy, file, and maintain electronic and paper records
• Assist with resident communications and general property management administrative support
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records
• Help maintain the cleanliness and professionalism of the office and common areas
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow established procedures consistently
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications
• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, property management, or customer service experience preferred
• Real Estate License not required
