Food Demonstrator – National Food Brand
A local distributor of a national food manufacturer’s deli meats and cheeses is hiring friendly, outgoing food demonstrators to run in-store sampling events at grocery stores around Oahu.
What you’ll do:
• Set up and break down a sampling table at the assigned store
• Prepare and serve samples of premium deli meats, cheeses, and condiments
• Talk with shoppers about the products and encourage purchases
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices, including gloves, temperature control, and a clean station
• Track samples given out and report simple sales and feedback after each event
Schedule:
• Weekends, mostly Fri–Sun, 4–6 hour shifts
• Stores across Oahu
What we’re looking for:
• A friendly, confident personality and comfort talking with the public
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to stand for the full shift and lift up to [25] lbs
• Food service or retail experience a plus
• Food handler or food safety certification a plus, or willingness to get one
