Flooring Installer Needed – Carpet Removal and LVP Installation (Honolulu)

Seeking an experienced flooring installer for a condominium near downtown Honolulu.
Scope of work:
- Remove existing carpet and padding.
- Haul away and dispose of all carpet and installation debris off-site.
- Install owner-supplied floating click-lock luxury vinyl plank flooring with attached underlayment.
- Install flooring in the living room, bedrooms, and hallway only. (675 sf)
- Kitchen, bathroom, and enclosed lanai are excluded.
- Existing vinyl tile underneath the carpet must remain in place and cannot be cut, sanded, scraped, removed, or otherwise disturbed.
- Keep the building’s hallways, elevator, and other common areas clean and protected.
Target work dates: September 28–October 3, 2026.
HOA work hours:
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- No Sunday work.
The building requires advance coordination for contractor access, deliveries, and use of the freight elevator. Installer must comply with all HOA requirements and be willing to provide business, license, and insurance information if requested.
