We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and service-oriented Maintenance Personnel to support the daily operations and upkeep of a residential condominium community.
This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for residents and guests.
Responsibilities;
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance throughout the property.
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems as needed.
Conduct inspections of common areas, equipment, and facilities.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency service calls.
Assist with painting, carpentry, pressure washing, and general property upkeep.
Maintain pools, recreation areas, and other common amenities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Qualifications;
Previous maintenance experience in residential, condominium, hotel, apartment, or commercial properties preferred.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
