Located close to roadway, due to the upgrades we put into the home, road noise is minimal but present. You are close and convenient to town, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms and activities. Our past tenant told us it’s been the best and most favorite place he’s ever lived!

Our family lives in the main home (unattached) on the property. We are an ocean minded, adventurous, tight and loving family who respects the privacy and security of our tenants. Looking for non-smoker, no illegal drugs, no pets (due to no fenced yard)

$2500 per month rent plus GE tax as required by law, includes electric, water and yard service and laundry in unit. The home is wired for internet/cable. Tenant pays for internet/cable directly to cable/internet provider you choose. The water heater is propane, tenant will need to re-fill the 5 gallon tank when empty (it fits easily into a car or trunk and can be filled at ACE or any other propane distribution spot in town) Two parking spots (1 covered, 1 open). $1,500 deposit required upon approval of application.
