Dear home owners out there,

I am reliable and I have a landlord reference and pastor reference.

Craigslist has changed and 15 years ago, honest landlords were on this platform to find promising tenants.

The local demographics have shifted RADICALLY.....and I know because I have been a local my entire life.

If you have a room for rent with pics of the condition of the house and accommodations offered, please reach out today.

No, I do not have any hesitation about credit checks or police checks or reference checks!

***No bored, lonely creepers need to respond!***
