• Answer incoming calls from customer/clients answering questions on behalf of the owner /company.
• Correspondence with owner/other employees as necessary to relay information/ask questions and overall support as needed.
• Create templates/use already created templates for the company as needed for variety of businesses needs as events come up.
•Ability to aid with financial transactions regarding A/R, A/P-paying liabilities, etc.
• Handle any type of customer complaint minor to escalated/problem solving and complaint resolution.
• Data entry including customer profiles or updating customer information and maintaining any other notes as required.
