Mother and daughter need a place to live in East Penn School district.
Current apartment rent will be going to high come January.
We have two cats. Clean with all shots.
I only need a place until daughter graduates in 2028. I would hate to pull my honor student out of the high school.
Gainfully employed full time and work part time.
We can live in your basement, garage, carriage house, etc. It just needs to be clean and safe. We would love the ability to have a washing machine. We would be willing to fix a place up.
We would be willing to pay rent and help with utilities.
