ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate Pemserter Haeger fastener insertion machines.
• Ability to handle delicate parts without causing damage.
• Requires standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Inspect work prior to first inspection and maintain quality parts throughout job.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact in both personal and small group settings.
• Other duties as assigned
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
• Read, write, and understand English
• Ability to understand documentation such as, but not limited to, Bill of Materials (BOM), shop orders, routers, and other
relevant manufacturing documentation including the maintenance of manufacturing metrics.
• Ability to remain productive under indirect supervision and follow verbal and written instructions and techniques
• Ability to lift up 75 lbs.
• Basic mathematical aptitude required
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• US Citizen
M-F 7am to 3:30pm for Full-Time
Flexible - Part-time options with a fixed schedule (during hours of 7am-3:30pm M-F) - such as 8hours - 3 days a week, or 4 hours everyday
