Brand new Velux skylight flashing kit. Installed a metal roof and purchased this kit for $350. Modified the top flange by trimming, shown in pics. Ultimately did full custom flashing so didn't install this. Everything else is unused and not modified. The bottom rubber got nicked but isn't punctured.
