One hour west of Nashville and one minute from I-40 Birdsong Rd exit 133. Short rough road in from mailboxes keeps most traffic away. The Tennessee River, Kentucky Lake, Wildlife Refuge and boat ramps are just a mile or so down the back road. Great if you hunt, fish, boat or just love outdoor country living. Nice views of valley when the leaves fall.
Lot has 100amp electric service pole with a RV plug. There is a fairly level area for RV and parking. Is no well or septic on the lot. You can improve to your liking at your expense including the shared private road. A free community well is one mile away.
If you up to the challenges it can be a nice affordable place to get away or call home. Are some neighbors nearby on similar lots. A few cabins and RVs in area. I lived on this lot three years and still live nearby. Taxes are only $25/yr. I-40 is convenient but noisy.
