Position: Salad Prep / Kitchen Prep
Location: Mammas Lombardis
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $17-19 an hour
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Salad Prep Person to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities
Wash, cut, chop, and prepare fresh vegetables, fruits, greens, and other ingredients.
Prepare salads, dressings, and cold food items according to recipes.
Portion and package food accurately.
Keep the salad station fully stocked and organized.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
Properly label, date, store, and rotate prepared food.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Assist with general kitchen prep and cleaning as needed.
Requirements
Previous restaurant or food-preparation experience preferred.
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently.
Good knife skills are a plus.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Must maintain a clean and professional work area.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
