📍 Location: Karnes, TX
⏰ Schedule: 10 Days On / 4 Days Off
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time Salaried Position

💲 Compensation: Starting salary $50,000 annually (higher compensation may be considered based on experience)
Preferred Qualifications
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred
✅ OSHA Knowledge
✅ DOT Compliance Knowledge
✅ Crude Oil Industry Experience Preferred (or relevant supervisory experience)
✅ Strong Leadership and Communication Skills
Key Responsibilities
Audit drivers, equipment, and new customer leases
Conduct truck inspections and identify safety concerns
Report violations, unsafe practices, or improper behavior
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company policies
Assist with disciplinary actions and corrective measures
Support onboarding and mentoring of new drivers
Promote a strong safety culture throughout operations
Provide field support and operational oversight
