Whether you just moved and still have boxes everywhere, have a closet you can barely get into, need to make better use of limited apartment storage, or have an entire home that has gradually become difficult to manage, I can help work through it and get things organized.
I work with apartments, condos, townhouses, and houses and can help with anything from one problem area to a larger whole-home project.
I can help organize:
• Closets and wardrobes — clothing, shoes, accessories, seasonal items, folding, and color-coding
• Kitchens and pantries — cabinets, drawers, cookware, food storage, appliances, and crowded shelves
• Bedrooms — dressers, nightstands, under-bed storage, clothing overflow, and miscellaneous belongings
• Bathrooms — toiletries, towels, medicine cabinets, under-sink storage, and everyday essentials
• Entryways and coat closets — jackets, shoes, bags, umbrellas, packages, and everyday items that accumulate near the door
• Living rooms — shelves, books, electronics, cables, media areas, and visible clutter
• Home offices and desks — paperwork, mail, files, supplies, chargers, and electronics
• Linen closets, laundry areas, utility closets, and awkward storage spaces
• Storage rooms, storage units, basements, garages, and other overflow areas
• Spare rooms or guest rooms that have gradually become storage spaces
• Books, hobby supplies, keepsakes, collections, decorations, luggage, and miscellaneous household items
• Seasonal clothing, holiday decorations, and things you want accessible without having them take over your everyday space
• Boxes or belongings that never really found a permanent place after a move
• Areas where you simply have too much stuff and aren’t sure where to begin
I can also help with:
• Sorting belongings into keep, donate, sell, discard, relocate, or pack
• Working through accumulated belongings one section at a time
• Preparing an apartment or home before a move
• Packing and grouping belongings so unpacking is easier
• Unpacking after a move and helping set up closets, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and storage areas
• Setting up a new apartment so everything has a practical place from the beginning
• Reorganizing after renovations, new furniture, a roommate or partner moving in or out, or changes in how a room is used
• Making better use of small or awkward closets and limited apartment storage
• Freeing up cabinet, shelf, closet, counter, and floor space
• Moving frequently used items somewhere convenient and storing rarely used items more efficiently
• Creating simple organizing systems that are easy to maintain afterward
• Light-to-moderate lifting, moving boxes, rearranging belongings, and light cleanup related to the project
• Basic errands or household assistance connected with the organizing project
• eBay/resale help for belongings that may be worth selling
I’m comfortable working alongside you while you decide what stays and goes, or working independently once I understand what you want done.
I know that having someone help organize your home can feel personal. I’m respectful of your belongings, privacy, preferences, and how you want things handled. There’s no judgment about clutter or how things got that way — the goal is simply to make the project manageable and leave you with a space that works better for you.
Available for one-time projects, recurring help, move-related organizing, downsizing, or larger projects completed over multiple sessions.
