Standing Beer is looking for 2–3 new team members to join our growing team in Itaewon.

About Standing Beer
- Standing Beer is a Japanese-style Tachinomiya (standing bar) specializing in premium draft beer and casual comfort food.
We proudly serve:
- Orion Draft Beer
- Suntory The Premium Malt's
- Kirin Draft Beer
- Hanmac Draft Beer
Our menu also includes Japanese ramen, fried dishes, skewers, and classic beer snacks.
Our goal is to recreate the lively atmosphere of a neighborhood standing bar you would find in Tokyo or Osaka.
About Elcro Company
- Standing Beer is operated by Elcro Company, which also owns:
- Côté Jardin – French Restaurant & Bar
- Itaewon Taco – Mexican Street Food Restaurant
Our company has an international team consisting of Korean, French, American, and other global staff members.

Positions Available
1. Shift Supervisor / Bar Manager
Responsibilities include:
- Daily restaurant operations
- Customer service
- Draft beer quality management
- Staff coordination
- Inventory and stock control
- Opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
2. Bar Staff / Kitchen Staff
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers
- Taking orders and serving food & drinks
- Pouring draft beer
- Preparing ramen and simple Japanese dishes
- Preparing fried food and skewers
- Cleaning and organizing work areas
- Working efficiently during busy hours
Operating Hours
- Monday – Thursday & Sunday 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Friday – Saturday 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Weekend shifts are divided into:
- Evening Shift
- Late Night Shift
- Schedules will be arranged based on availability.
Preferred Qualifications
- We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.The following experience is highly valued:
- Fluent in both Korean and English
- Experience working in restaurants, pubs, or bars
- Understanding of Japanese beer culture and Tachinomiya
- Experience preparing ramen or Japanese bar food
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Available for long-term employment
- Japanese language ability is a plus but is not required.
