Chef
• Food preparation and menu execution
• Assisting with catering events
Sommelier / Wait Staff
• Wine service
• Guest service and table management
• Supporting smooth restaurant operation
All team members participate in cleaning and maintaining the restaurant.
We are a small, independently run restaurant, so teamwork is essential.

• Professional restaurant or hotel experience required
• Strong hospitality mindset
• Clean, organized, detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a small team
• English required / Japanese a plus

Compensation
Chef / Sommelier/ Manager : ¥300,000–¥500,000 per month (depending on experience)
Wait Staff: ¥1,400/hour and up
+25% after 10PM
Full-time starting from ¥280,000/month (negotiable)
day off is Sunday and one more
depends on reservation
