I introduce myself and share my background.
My name is John. I am s state licensed healthcare provider in
California and Texas, currently based in Hawaii.
I hold a degree in Molecular/Cell Biology with an emphasis in
Biochemistry from Oklahoma State University. And, I previously
operated a wellness clinic in Los Gatos, California.
My practice specializes in patient management for hypertension,
elevated LDL levels, type 2 diabetes.
My research and practice focuses on plant derived phytonutrients
dietary regimens, managing ROS/RNS through antioxidants and
addressing chronic inflammation.
Recently, my work has centered on the gut microbiota. Specifically,
I investigate how healthy gut flora and heterofermentative species
synergistically produce enzymes and bioactive peptides that
support intestinal homeostasis and overall well-being.
