Ground should be fairly level and cleared before work begins. A job walk will be scheduled before work begins.
Lumber will be purchased by you directly from the supplier. Payment will be separated into two. Half way and final at completion.
Once materials have been paid for you'll be on my schedule and the fun begins. 😊 This does not include finishing work such as paint, caulk, drywall and flooring. But I would be happy to discuss this with you.
I live on the Hilo side but will travel all over the island. Additional travel fees may apply depending where you are on island, because driving over saddle at night is never fun.
I'll need a water source on site to mix concrete.
Location will need to have access for delivery truck as well as adequate working space around the cabin.
This is not a service offered but a set size and design. This is a kit I come build on site.
The last build only took 4 days!!! With a crew that is efficient, skilled and ambitious. We get it done 💪🏽
