* WARRANTY - this is a huge factor. 100% of our equipment comes from on-island suppliers. If there is a legitimate warranty issue, we can usually get a replacement from the supplier the same day or the next day. This is critical if you are off-grid.
* WARNING - If you buy solar equipment online or from "guys" re-selling equipment on CL & FB, they love to advertise the manufacturer's warranties, BUT those "guys" will not provide a warranty replacement to you. They will direct you to deal with the manufacturer directly.
Here's the catch: Manufacturers look for every way possible to get out of the warranty. If you didn't use the correct gauge wire, or you didn't have the correct number of batteries, or you didn't have the correct power input, or you didn't have the correct programming, etc., the manufacturer will say that the warranty is voided for XYZ reason and you will be so bummed out. We see it all the time.
Sadly, many people find out the hard way that these "guys" re-selling equipment offer zero warranty support beyond the sale. They buy wholesale, they mark up the price, they re-sell it to you, and you're on your own.

We are a professional solar installation company, and we will make sure your equipment and system fully comply with all manufacturer's warranty requirements. And we will provide the customer service/support to get your warranty fulfilled by the supplier.
Solar Saint is a certified installer for: Fortress Power, Sol-Ark, SimpliPhi, Blue Ion, Enphase, and OutBack Power. We install other brands too. This just means that we are a legitimate company that attends formal trainings from the manufacturers to be certified to install their equipment correctly.
