A durable medical equipment (DME) company in Hilo is looking for a part-time admin assistant to perform insurance intake duties including but not limited to verifying eligibility and coverage, scheduling deliveries, creating sales orders and purchase orders. Other admin duties include answering and routing phone calls, assisting walk in customers on sales/ rental of DME, performing inventory management and building customer relationship management.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of college or high school graduate with experience working for a DME company or medical offices. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have a Hawaii driver's license with clean abstract. Must pass pre-employment drug tests.
