The Good Stuff
Adams is an absolute sweetheart and a loyal companion. He is a total shadow who loves being by your side and curling up in bed with you at night.
Good with Kids & Dogs: Does great with a 7-year-old and gets along well with our full-grown female Pit Bull Terrier.
Obedience: Knows sit, stay, off/down, and responds to his name.
Reason for Rehoming & Areas to Work On
We are rehoming Adams because he has bonded almost exclusively with one family member while remaining shy and timid around others in the house. Between his high puppy energy and need for consistent 1-on-1 training, our household dynamic isn't the right fit.
Potty Training: In progress—needs a consistent daily routine.
Puppy Chewing: High energy—needs durable chew toys, exercise, and active supervision.
Building Confidence: Shy around unfamiliar adults at first; needs a patient environment.
Adoption Details
Adams is free to a good home. Because there is no fee, I will be asking potential adopters basic screening details through the Craigslist relay message system (living situation, experience with energetic dogs, landlord approval if renting) to ensure he goes to a safe and committed environment.
