Fast-paced fast-food restaurant in Highland Park, NJ is looking for reliable and hardworking full-time kitchen staff, including an experienced Sous Chef / Kitchen Lead.
Responsibilities include:
Food preparation and cooking
Working the grill, fryer, and other kitchen stations
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Following food safety and sanitation standards
Preparing orders quickly and accurately
Assisting with inventory and kitchen prep
Working together with the kitchen team during busy shifts
What we’re looking for:
Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
Sous Chef / Kitchen Lead candidates should have strong kitchen experience
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
