We are looking for seasonal callers to reach out to our current client base during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period. The calling season is from October 1st to December 7th. Training will be done the week before calling starts. The work day is from 9-5 Mon-Fri. Depending on needed call volume, these times may change and more hours may become available. The data will be accessed and updated on a computer so typing and some computer skills will be needed. We will also be speaking with seniors most of the time so a loud phone voice with good pronunciation is required. This is an IN-OFFICE position. The office is located at 5035 Prospect St, Archdale, NC 27263.
