Senior, conservative widower has a spare room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa with extra padding, a closet, a desk, a chair, plenty of outlets, hardwood flooring, and storage bins for clothing. Gas range and plenty of silverware and dishware. $500 deposit, plus first month's rent, and two months' proof of income. Clean up your mess as you go. You will have your own side-by-side refrigerator/freezer in the garage to store your food and leftovers, and a nice work table for hobbies or hanging out with my dawg, Sally Mae. The 55" TV has no paid channels included, so the renter must pay for their choice, but high-speed fibre optics are available. Required: The renter must have an operable auto. Available October 15. Utilities are included. Background investigation/References required.
