The Cognito Motorsports 110-91316 is a Leaf Spring Top Plate Conversion Kit designed for 2025–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 2WD/4WD trucks. Starting in the 2025 model year, GM updated its factory trucks with a rounded rear leaf spring top plate paired with round U-bolts. This kit converts that rounded top plate back into a traditional flat square design, allowing truck owners to use standard, square-style GM U-bolts required by most aftermarket lift blocks and leveling kits
