Elderly stroke patient needs wheelchair chair PLEASE HELP

Hello!!
This is a long shot, but if anyone has a wheelchair in decent condition FOR FREE please contact me. I met a man yesterday whose grandson is pushing him around in a computer chair because insurance has failed the elderly as always. He had a stroke, so his left side just drags. He has one of those one handed walkers but the hill he lives on makes it extremely hard for him to get to the door and today I saw the grandson struggling to get him up and he almost flipped out the chair. If it’s dirty I will clean it but please can we get this man a wheel chair y’all! He isn’t obese maybe 180-200 lbs and about 5”11-6 ft if I would have to guess. Bariatric isn’t necessary. I’ve already contacted my job to see what we could do since I work at a nursing home but we don’t have any to spare unfortunately. Located in hickory and I have a ford explorer so I am able to pick up for them.
