The bathroom is shared and you will have access to the kitchen and the laundry. We are working on getting another fridge put in now for you guys so theres more room:). We are okay with couples. For a single person the rent will be 750 plus utilities. For a couple it will be 950 plus utilities. 200 dollar deposit. I am negotiable on price. Plus pets are allowed with approval and an extra 50 deposit. We are looking for people asap! There is a huge yard it is completely gated in.
