POSITION SUMMARY
The Distribution Center Associate is responsible for the daily warehouse operations: inbound receiving, verification, order processing, packing, and dispatch of international shipments to Latin America. This role is key to ensuring that our customers' orders arrive on time, in perfect condition, and with the correct documentation for the export process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive, inspect, and log inbound merchandise, verifying quantities and physical condition of products.
• Process orders in the system, ensuring data accuracy prior to dispatch.
• Pack orders in accordance with quality and protection standards for international shipments.
• Prepare export and freight forwarding documentation (shipping labels, waybills, content declarations).
• Coordinate and execute shipment dispatch to Latin America via carriers and air/ocean freight lines.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety procedures.
• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Actively collaborate with the team to meet delivery deadlines and operational metrics.
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse operational processes.
REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, freight forwarding, or similar role (preferred, not required).
• Ability to regularly lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Good communication skills in Spanish; basic English is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, accountability, and team-oriented mindset.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT REQUIRED)
• Experience with exports to Latin America or customs processes.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations (IATA, DOT).
• Forklift certification or experience with warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or ERP/WMS systems.

Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week
