We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a physically demanding position involving the receiving, lifting, moving, organizing, and loading of boxes and packages throughout the workday.
Responsibilities include:
- Unloading incoming shipments and trucks
- Lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 100 pounds
- Placing packages in their correct warehouse areas
- Sorting, organizing, and preparing cargo for outgoing shipments
- Loading boxes and packages for transportation
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Handling all customer packages carefully
- Following instructions and working efficiently as part of a team
Job Requirements:
- Spanish-speaking ability is required
- Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 100 pounds
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday
- Must be able to work in a hot warehouse environment that is not fully air-conditioned
- Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and ready to work
- Must be able to follow instructions and work well with others
- Warehouse experience is helpful but not required
Important: This is an active, physical warehouse position. Applicants must be comfortable performing repetitive lifting and working in warm or hot conditions, especially during the summer.
