Rope Access Window Technician (Miami)

$35/hr base
Production bonus on top, paid weekly, based on units completed at quality

The role
Exterior window and facade cleaning on multi-story and high-rise commercial and residential buildings, using rope access and repelling methods.
What you’ll do
Clean glass, frames, ledges, and exterior surfaces from rope access
Inspect ropes, harnesses, anchors, and equipment before every use
Follow OSHA and fall-protection procedures on every job
Identify hazards and report them immediately
Travel between job sites in South Florida
What you need
Comfortable working at heights
Rope access, repelling, tower climbing, or fall-protection experience (preferred)
IRATA or SPRAT certification (preferred, not required; we train)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in heat and changing weather
Reliable transportation
Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
Clean driving record
What we offer
