Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Contractor Position
ARK Provision Enterprise, Inc. is a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in South Florida. We specialize in supporting children and adolescents on the autism spectrum and are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team.
We are seeking RBTs to provide ABA therapy services throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one, ABA therapy to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and support plans under the supervision of a qualified behavior analyst.
• Collect and document data on client progress and behavioral goals.
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, daily living, and other essential skills.
• Collaborate with supervising behavior analysts, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team.
• Follow established treatment protocols and maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
Requirements
• Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Must meet applicable Florida requirements for providing ABA services.
• Must have a Medicaid provider number
• Must successfully pass required local and Level 2 background screenings.
• Must complete all required pre-employment and agency documentation, including an affidavit of good moral character and CPR training, as applicable.
• Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, patience, and a genuine interest in working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum.
• Must be willing to provide services within the Miami-Dade and/or Broward County service areas.
