JOB SUMMARY
A&Y GPR Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction, specifically in Insulation and Firestopping.
The ideal candidate must be organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects while coordinating with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and field crews.
BILINGUAL ENGLISH & SPANISH – REQUIRED.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Insulation and Firestopping projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and field crews.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and overall job performance.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries.
• Conduct job site visits and inspections.
• Ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Prepare project reports and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve project issues and delays.
• Maintain regular communication with management and clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bilingual English & Spanish – REQUIRED
• Previous experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Experience in Insulation and Firestopping – REQUIRED
• Knowledge of construction materials and project processes.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer, email, and spreadsheet skills.
• Must provide previous work references.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
