We are Pinch A Penny in Miami Lakes and we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of residential swimming pools, ensuring they are safe and enjoyable for our clients. This role requires mechanical knowledge as well as the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
Inspect pool equipment for functionality and safety.
Maintain water chemistry by testing and adjusting chemical levels to ensure safe swimming conditions.
Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing their concerns and answering questions regarding pool care.
Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management.
Stay updated on industry best practices and safety protocols related to pool maintenance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
Pool technical knowledge with the ability to identify problems with pool equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
Speak and understand English
