Less than the cost of sausage at the store for bacon, hams, pork chops and roasts. Half pig ($450) and whole pigs ($800) with processing date of November 2nd. Fed free choice local grains and raised in large outdoor pastures. All natural no hormones or additives and locally raised grains.
Processing is done by San jaun meats in Kirtland New Mexico and you will pick up your choice of cuts wrapped and ready for your freezer there. I will deliver them to the butcher for you. Their cost is about 350 a whole for all cuts with bacon and hams.
The hogs average about 200 lbs hanging weight. Your price per pound will be about $6 a pound for all your cuts the price of sausage at the store. You can split a hog with someone for the 800. If you only want a half it’s 450.
