Established commercial interior landscaping, floral and holiday décor company is seeking dependable seasonal crew members for large-scale holiday installations in the Hershey area.
This is hands-on, physical work installing professional holiday décor at luxury hospitality and corporate properties.
Pay
Starting pay: $20/hour.
Responsibilities
* Install and decorate commercial Christmas trees, garlands, wreaths and holiday displays
* Load, unload and organize décor
* Work from ladders
* Pack, label and store décor during takedown
Requirements
You do not need professional decorating experience. We are looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, able to follow directions and committed to doing quality work.
You must be:
* Extremely reliable and punctual
* Able to report directly to job sites in Hershey, PA
* Comfortable with ladders and physical work
* Able to lift approximately 40–50 lbs
* Able to work on your feet for extended periods
* Able to follow written and visual instructions
* Professional in luxury hotel and corporate environments
* Flexible for some early mornings, long installation days and occasional weekends
Experience in landscaping, construction, event setup, visual merchandising, floral work, warehouse work or other hands-on work is helpful but not required.
Schedule
The busiest installation period is mid-October through early December, followed by holiday removal in early January.
Black Friday availability is required.
