The vice operates well, and the suction is strong on smooth, even surfaces.
Vice is made to be used upright on a surface, or can also be mounted to the side of something like a cabinet face and the jaws can be turned upright.
Missing one protective pad for one of the jaws, but they aren't absolutely necessary.
Jaws measure 2 1/2" W x 5/8" H
