Four (4) beautiful adjoining cemetery plots at Hermitage Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Gethsemane, Lot 71A, plots 1-2-3-4. These plots are located very close to the access road and are underneath the canopy of a shade tree and would allow a family to rest beside each other. Current cost, per plot if purchased from the funeral home, is $8,095 each as verified by the funeral home. I will sell all four plots together for $17,000 (which is $4,250 per plot) or in two groups of 2 plots for $9,000 for each group (which is $4,500 per plot) - serious price negotiation is a possibility. Sale and transfer will take place at Hermitage Memorial Gardens for everyone’s protection - cash or cashier's check required. Seller will cover deed transfer and state fees. This is a private sale and I am not in any way affiliated with the funeral home or cemetery. If these are still listed, then they are still available and I will NOT respond to the question "Are these still available".
